Refund policy

All sales are final.

Everything we sell is vintage, out of print or otherwise one of a kind. Each item is described and photographed as accurately as we can, including condition and any wear, so please read the listing carefully before you buy.

Not as described
If an item arrives materially different from its listing, write to us within 14 days of delivery at simon@elephant.art with your order number and photographs. If we agree, we will refund you in full (including your original shipping) once the item is returned to us in the condition it was sent.

Damaged in transit
Everything is packed to travel. If something arrives damaged, photograph the item and the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and put it right.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
