This website, libraryfetish.com (the "Site"), is operated by Elephant Lib LLC, trading as Library Fetish ("we", "us"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products

We sell vintage, second-hand and out-of-print publications. Items are sold as described, including any noted wear or defects. Colours in photographs may vary slightly from the physical item. Unless a listing states otherwise, every item is a single copy; if an item sells before your order is processed we will cancel and refund that item in full.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a listing contained a pricing or description error, and will refund any amount paid. We may limit quantities per person or per order.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order through the methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms. All sales are final except as set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Accounts and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your shipping address, and for keeping any account details secure.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text and photographs are owned by or licensed to Elephant Lib LLC. You may not reproduce them without written permission. Titles sold through the Site remain the copyright of their respective publishers and authors.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and any dispute will be heard in the courts of New York County.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
